The company's crypto holdings consist of 925.9 million MemeCore (CRYPTO: $M) tokens valued at $1.03 billion U.S., and 223.8 million 0G (CRYPTO: $0G) tokens valued at $36 million U.S.

Zerostack said that its cryptocurrency holdings represent approximately $18.19 U.S. per share.
"The market value of our cryptocurrency treasury relative to our current equity valuation represents an important data point that we believe investors should be able to evaluate transparently," said Zerostack in a statement.
MemeCore is a Layer 1 blockchain built for the Meme 2.0 movement. It tries to turn memecoins from short-term hype into long-term economic projects.
0G, or Zero Gravity, is a modular Layer 1 blockchain and decentralized operating system built specifically to power and scale artificial intelligence (A.I.) applications onchain.
Zerostack is increasingly focused on asset management in addition to its pharmaceutical business that is based in Germany.
ZSTK stock has declined 74% in the last 12 months to trade at $5.33 U.S. per share.
