A Michigan online casino player has landed a $223,883 jackpot on the Hard Rock Bet platform this month. The win came on the Triple Gold slot and is just the latest in a series of high value wins in the state’s regulated iGaming market.

Triple Gold was released in 2021 and was developed by IGT. It has become a regular feature at online and real-world casinos across the U.S. This latest payout was triggered during standard gameplay, with the player placing $1 spins and contributing an additional $0.10 per spin to a pooled progressive jackpot.
This type of slot system allows eligible spins to qualify for jackpot prizes, and these often don’t need to be unlocked by bonus features or specific symbol combinations.
“This win is a perfect example of what makes Hard Rock Bet Jackpots special, you don’t need to be a high roller to win big,” said Rich Criado, VP of Casino at Hard Rock Bet.
The win follows another recent payout in Michigan, where a player collected more than $44,000 on a separate slot title. It’s also a part of a broader trend of big jackpots at online casino sites operating in the state.
Hard Rock Bet launched in Michigan in December 2025, offering residents a new online casino and sportsbook. Since then, the platform has expanded rapidly, adding over 3,700 gaming titles. Michigan is one of the most active online gaming markets in the U.S. In 2025, iGaming generated $3.1 billion in revenue.
Michigan’s status as a leading iGaming state was underlined by a report from another gambling operator, BetMGM, which said it awarded $122.1 million in progressive jackpots to online casino players in 2025, with Michigan accounting for the largest share of payouts.
According to the operator, players in Michigan received $42.6 million in jackpot winnings, followed by $29.7 million in Pennsylvania and $23.5 million in New Jersey. Additional payouts include CA$29.5 million in Ontario and $5 million in West Virginia.
Several high value wins were recorded throughout the year. In December, a Michigan player won $897,928 on the Bison Fury slot with an $8 spin. Another player in the state secured $612,764 in early 2026 on a $2 spin of MegaJackpots Cash Eruption.
